Stress on the Body

Racism, bullying, discrimination, social situations, and work all play a role in the amount of stress you experience. Stress conditions us to be more alert but too much can cause the body to react in a negative way. For instance, the living conditions of families and the way they eat, added onto the stress, can cause a greater chance of heart attacks. There is no medication to control the amount of endocrine released into the body, a drug that can extend the life of Americans and maybe help improve the the quality of life.
